Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable for health reasons or store policy: BDSM toys, undergarments, lingerie, gloves, books.

Books:
Books may be exchanged only if the original purchase was defective or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item is defective or damaged in transit we will exchange for the same item only.

Exchanges or Returns:
If you order the wrong item by mistake and need to return it, you must contact us for the Return Authorization Code. The item being returned must have all original tags and be in the original packing. There is a 15% restocking fee. Items being exchanged will be charged extra for the shipping which is non-refundable.
